We strive to create professional work that is affordably priced. The following generally describes our offerings. For specific information not referenced here, please contact us and we will be glad to discuss your needs.

Setup
Setup includes internal and external hyperlinks, user-provided graphics (if delivered in electronic form please use GIF or JPEG formats), an optional map on the home page.

Site Design
While we would be happy to type and format your material for a nominal cost, we invite our clients to submit material electronically, either within email or as an MS Word document to realize design savings. Graphics, forms, and features can be integrated into the site for a reasonable cost. We will initially offer suggestions and layout the site, according to your instructions so as to be user-friendly to your visitors, using appropriate font styles and sizes, highlighting, indenting, etc., and then display these for your approval or modification before proceeding further. We actively work with you to produce quality results!

Site Promotion
Non-commercial: We can offer basic site promotion to three of the larger Web directories - Yahoo, LookSmart and ODP (these in turn are subscribed to by search engines such as MSN, CNN, Google, AltaVista, AOL, etc.). We also register non-profits on Christian web directories. Commercial: We can assist clients in promoting their sites. Commercial clients should note that Yahoo, LookSmart and some of the other larger search engines allocate fees for commercial listings. All clients are referred to www.searchenginewatch.com for helpful information on submitting sites to search engines.

Hosting

Domain hosting (www.yourname.com) can be arranged by us for as low as $15 per month which includes hosting setup fees and domain registration. Alternatively, you can make arrangements with any hosting company that supports ASP.NET 2.0 and we will upload the site there.
Virtual hosting (www.puritanhope.com/yourname) is also an option for non-profits at a cost of $35 per year for sites up to 5 pages. Additional pages are $5 per page up to 10 pages and $1 per page thereafter. 

Maintenance Minimal maintenance, such as unanticipated changes - i.e. address, telephone or name changes are provided at no charge. Other changes can be made for as little as $10 per instance, and recurring changes on a regular basis (i.e. newsletters, events calendars, sermons) can be provided at a reasonable cost depending on quantity and frequency. Please contact us for details of your particular needs. The following represents only a sampling of our pricing. Final pricing is negotiated with each client according to various factors, including needs, quantity and types of services required.
